　ディーンべネデッティの４７年物を聴く楽しみの一つに、ここでしか聴けないパーカー演奏の曲を聴くことがあります。
　その曲がまた、曲名だけ見てもなんだか興味をそそるようなものばかりなんです。

「Sportsman's Hop」 「Dee Dee's Dance」 「Bean Stalking」 「Byas a Drink」・・・ 　

　実際聴いてみても、５０年代にやってるパーカーの演奏とくらべて耳になじみのないような進行のものばかりで新鮮なパーカーのフレーズが存分に楽しめます。
　わたしのお気に入りの曲は「Dee Dee's Dance」、お気に入りのソロは「Byas a Drink」でしょうか。

　

そうそう、ほとんどこれらの音源でしか聴けないスタンダードの「The Man I Love」 「September in the Rain」も絶品ですよ。

　

　やっぱりいつかは手に入れるしかないよねえ。この音源。
